I still think those woodies look great, but they have been bested more recently with some divinely inspired gifts from God:I always felt Audio Technica Woodies and Sony R-10 woodies were the best looking headphones.

And speaking of black and gold…. while the following are quite gaudy, it’s an elegant, ornate, thoughtful, geometric, Mediterranean/Levantine gaudy that I find mesmerizing, apart from the detracting/unnecessary diamonds:

Honestly speaking, the combination of black and gold has always exuded a higher level of class and style, IMO. This is definitely gaudy to a fault, agreed. The successor to the Utopia should utilize these colors; something akin to a Radiance, but with more liberal use of yellow-gold accents.
