I have read and search head-fi for thousands post for Audio Technica.  But still cannot make decision which model I will buy. I have W1000 (old model) for many years and want a new one
 
The reason that I choose only these four models is because I live in Thailand and have no chance to audit, just blind buy from on line store. These four models are available to shipped to Thailand.
 
Conditions are
 
1. Best for female vocal
2. good treble
3. Do not care about bass
4. will use with DAP such as X3, AK120 or HM 901. No amp

I listened only W1000x from your list. Female vocals sound great and pretty realistic but treble is quite weak. It's good price/performance headphones. I think you should consider about open back AT headphones, like AD900X, AD1000X or even AD2000X.
 
In other hand for your needs old Yamaha orthodynamic headphones could be good. But you definitely need amp then.
