I've placed an order for an XB700 off of eBay. They should be arriving within a week, or so. Can't wait to get my hands on them!

I think the e10 is a fine all around capable IEM for a bass head. Doesn't have quite the low end reach that my vPulse does but I still use the e10 way more because it just seems to do everything pretty well.
so i've got my mind set up on meelec m31 and soundmagic e10...which one is better
also does the e10s produce enough bass to satisfy a basshead..
also i've got a budget of $50...is there any other better IEM???

Found what I consider to be the ultimate basshead headphone because it doesn't just have awesome bass and sub bass, but excellent mids and highs as well- great for all genres and really kicks without bleeding bass into the mids......drumroll please.......M Audio Q40.
Maybe these are old news, but new to me. I bought them today and haven't been able to stop listening. I am listening with my Iphone and FiiO E11 amp, fantastic. I was reading that these are tight on the head, but I have been wearing these most of the day and no issues. I noticed some slight sibilance at first, but this is lessening with wear. I can't say enough about the depth, punch and accuracy of the bass in this price range. I bought locally for $130. Also saw these at B&H for $114.99.

I'm a 700 guy, and I'd like to pair the 1000 with an E11, I'm still not a fan of Digizoid, I keep hearing how "colored" it is with the bass, where as E11 is just an increase in presence nothing it added or taken away there's just more

He will, also be sure to mod them
And lastly... YAY finally getting a NEW pc!
as a general consensus are most of u saying u prefer the xb500 or xb700's?

Also comes with smoother Highs, in addition I have a feeling this would work for the XB1000... some one needs to try it out. The mod makes the 700 Epic... if it works the same with the 1000 [Smoother Sparkling Highs and Quaking Sub] then the 1000's would be even better!

Well, Dsnuts and Danny93 converted me to the Audio Technical CKS77... They are definitely now my favorite basshead IEM. I can't say enough good things about them.

Iem's... yes they are pretty dang bassy >.> I am envious <.<
I've just got my XB700, and I've been enjoying every bit of it so far. Bassy, punchy and dark - that's how I love my cans! I'm not sure how burn-in will affect the sound, but out of the box, I'm already a huge fan. I'll pair it with my ZO2.3 later for even more kicks.
