Bass problems with IEM are almost always caused by ill-fitting tips, in my experience.
The bass has disappeared on my RE0's!

Yep, I think you're right. Ive been trying out various tips and they all seem to be too small to form a proper seal. The best ones are the ones they came already fitted and I think they are still too small and are forming an intermittent seal, once I get the seal right Voila bass again!
