Apple iBuds fit my ears better than PK1 without foams.
The best stock buds I ever tried was the one that came with the Sony NW-S615F ... it fits great, and has a great sound for stock phone.
I also like the walkman canalphones that come with some Walkman cellphones.

If stock IEMs are what we're talking about, I'd give my nod to the Samsung buds. They are "tolerable" for something that came free with the phone. That being said, the Earpods aren't so bad for the price of free. But $30?!?! That's robbery.
