Aquaintance hwo has the Zodiac+:

"Before this I had the belcanto 3.5 with the upgraded lns power supply. Against the bc, I would say that the zodiac has much better imaging, dynamics however to my ears, the bc definitely had lower noise floor and slightly better detail. Hence my quest for an upgraded psu for the zodiac!"

I personally found a lower noisefloor when floating the switching psu's ground. I'm also clocking my with an OCX and still A/B'ing the difference.

Quoted from the other forum about the Antelope vs. Wyred 4 Sound DAC2:

"It's something I'd really like to hear myself, but I was talking to the guy
at Audiocom (Mark, I think) a few weeks ago and apparently he's heard them
back to back.

I don't want to put words in his mouth, but the gist of what he said was that
the Antelope was a little more resolute, and made the Wyred 4 Sound DAC2
sound a teensy bit warm, but that there wasn't much in it. He really liked
both, but kept the Antelope!"

I think that the regular Zodiac is not out yet, as Antelope chose to release the Zodiac+ first for some reason....the + model on Sweetwater's site says there is a shipping a delay.

Also on their main site e-store, it shows as in stock on the Zodiac+

Honestly I am waiting to see pics of their internals !!  I am hoping that the 6moons review will show the internal pics of the Zodiac+ when it comes out, if not I will be disappointed.

audiomidi has the Zodiac+'s in stock at $2495.00

Found another opinion on a different forum, from a guy that is French I think....so a slight language barrier:
His impression of the Zodiac+

"
I just did some tests today
with my references cd's
in my opinion the quality of this
product is exellent the music become litterally
a landscape (this is like watch the details of a paint with a magnyfing glass)
the sounds remind me the quality of the vinyls without
all the distortions caused by the needle
the unit is comfortable to listen to for long period
congratulations for this product.

What french forum are you talking about? Can you give me the address, maybe, I'll be able to translate it more accurately.

No it was just a french guy that posted that in a thread on Gearslutz.  Not a french forum, and that is all he posted about the Zodiac.  I swear the Zodiac has definitely been the most challenging to find impressions on.

Edit:  found some more impressions, some translation looks to be required.

Alright guys!  I bit the bullet (sorry new audio-gd sabre dac, I may purchase you some other time)....I am in process of acquiring the Zodiac+ model.  Hopefully I will have it by next week.  It will be compared against the Audio-GD Ref5 and the built in headamp on the Zodiac+ will of course be compared to my Violectric V181.  I will have a few reviews coming, but I will put this one ahead of the others.  I still haven't put my v181 review out but its almost done.  Will be interesting to see how it sounds with the LCD-2's indeed.  Trying new gear is so addicting....    :D

Like a lot of folks I'm sure I'm pretty busy for the day so if someone wants to fire us off the Cliff's Notes version of all that it would be appreciated.

This thread might be the best chat out there about the Zodiacs. You can set it to see the newest stuff first.

Yes it uses the PCM1792A.

My order was placed for the Zodiac+, excited to try it out and compare to the Audio-GD Ref5!  I'll update when I receive it and my initial build quality impressions, etc etc.
