ClieOS, that was what I was thinking too....I've remembered that several times, at home on my pc, when I was trying to copy my musics to it, it disconnected. Took time for me to figure out that I needed to turn the switch off before connect it. When I was on the iMac, all I've done was to press the up button, and it disconnected...I still have some hope, but almost giving up...

The sellers said that it is possible to reset it, that the procedure is in the manual, but it is in chinese....I will try to take a look later.

Hello, I am new in this phorum, can you help me please?
I was looking for a new firmware for my Teclast x30se (which I ordered yesterday), but the latest I found on the manufacturer's website is from 2012, see link
