Thinking of selling my V-Moda M80s and getting a pair of Takstar Pro 80s. Would it be worth it?

I own the Gemini HSR-1000 (relabeled Takstar Pro 80) and never listened to the V-Moda M80s.
But my best guess is the Pro 80 is not going to be better then the V-Moda M80.
