I dropped my Touch 8gb a few too many times, and so it has developed a large crack (I had quite the fright!). I paid the fee for Best Buy's replacement program and am wondering if I can get store credit.
From what I've gathered of their literature, I should not expect to get any reimbursement. Contrariwise, their people are often generous in honoring their replacement program holders.
