So for full sized cans there are headphone stands, but for IEMs??

What do you use to keep your IEMs clean and accessable? The travel case they came with? just leave them lying on a desk somewhere? anything "cute" and inventive??

My portable rig is kept in a Waterfield case, when I'm not listening, the IEM is coiled and stored inside with the ipod and Blackbird.

I always put my Shure e2 into an Altoids tin. I never had much luck hanging them up...they always tangled.

At the moment, my ER-4P, ER4-24 cable, and U3 reside in a pair of ety carrying bags. Snug, but compact and reasonably fashionable.

Mine usually just sit on top of my Adire speakers next to my DT880s at home. But often they are in the the carrying case for transport to and from school.

Always in there travel cases. I see people wrapping them around their players, and stuffing them into their bags! Just terrible!

My way is very simple though, I put them in a plastic bag and they sit on one of my mini shelfs on my desk. This way it they are keep clean, not all dusty the next time I use them. Or I wrap them in the carrying case.

+1... For travel, my 10 Pro's get their own soft padded compartment in a Waterfield iPod Gear Bag.

For long-term storage, they go back into the hard shell case.

I really like that idea.

I coil my E4's into the hard shell case, but I'd rather have a little extra space! Thanks for the tip. I'll probably line the tin with something plush to keep them from banging around.

usually [figuratively] toss em into a drawer at home. put them in the shure case when taking them out somewhere.
