Hi,

My interminable STAX quest continues: wondering if any Staxheads can explain the difference between these two amps, beyond the fact that one stands on its head. Having spent a year deciding to go for a STAX setup, I now hope to spend much less time actually buying a system. Budget dictates whole thing costs less than 700.00.

More voltage. Probably has the RCA loop as well, I recently had to correct that entry for the 252A.

I haven't seen it in person and anything else is probably technically over my head anyway. It *does* look cooler too, and I guess you save the 60-80 bucks for the headphone stand.
