Okay, we have a time and location! The building is an 8000sq.ft office + warehouse, currently undergoing remodeling.  Event will take place in a nicer space, next door.

Having visited a few meets around the US, four hours for an initial gathering should work well.

I'll be quite honest, I have never made a calendar before, so I am not accustomed to scheduling things this far out. I prefer to never really be tied down. Yes, judge me. However, I am going to try keeping a calendar this year, for big dates, and I do consider these to be big. I will do my best to make it, and I will confirm later on.
 
Audio Addict, I very much want to hear both cans you have listed, so that gives me even more motivation to attend. I know there are more people than are listed that will be interested, so I hope they will show up! I will be showing off what I consider to be an end-game setup at the price point, and am very interested in listening to cans, dacs, and amps at all price ranges. What I have is all I have ever listened to at this point. By the way, add an SR80i to the list. Hopefully someone has a well-broken in SR80e, and we can directly compare the 2, another thing I am interested in.
 
edit: Oh by the way, I have nothing that resembles a portable source, so I will either need someone else's, or if someone can pm me and recommend something (cheap tablet even with a usb port) under $100, I can maybe go hungry for a bit and manage that.

If 11am. is not too early that should give me more than enough time to setup and let the tube warm up before noon. If it is ok with you I was going to bring my salamander stand rather than use your tables as some of my ic's and power cords are really short, should help save some space as well. I have some longer ic's and power cables I could use but at the same time the peak/ volcano cord is only like 4ft. and there's no getting around that one.

hmm, i have a pc, a tv, hammock, no real audio gear unfortunately. i have some killer klipsch 2.1 pro audio speakers.
