I am looking for a new player and have narrowed it down the the 16GB Zune, Ipod Nano, or Cowon D2. All of these players are 16GB flash based and almost the same cost and I can't decide which one to get.
I will be listening to everything from classical to hard rock with Klipsch Custom 3 IEM's.
The most important thing is sound quality. I need something that doesn't have that annoying hiss during soft segments and that doesn't roll off on the lows and highs.
Also important but not as much so is battery life, user interface, and support for other audio formats.

I would get the player based on my music library. I really hate converting between formats. So if you have a bunch of FLAC files, get the D2. It'll saves you a lot of conversion time.
