Hey everyone. 
 
So I bought a Sound blaster Z, plugged in my ATH-A900X's, and they are amazing! I just have one problem. My Blue Spark goes from XLR into my Scarlett Solo, when then goes to USB.
 
Will I still benefit from the sound cards audio for my voice if I plug in via USB?
 
Will it even change?

I would assume if you plug a USB mic into a Win PC computer, the USB mic automatically becomes the default audio input device.
So your SB-Z's line-input would be bypassed.

Unfortunately, it's not always automatic that the newest device becomes the default. Sometimes I have to manually select the device I want. Not sure why - I'm on Win 7.
