But the price for the Sony leathercase is outrageous! And it looks good but not very practical....
Wondering whether a Questyle QP1R would fit in...

It looks like it's a new version of the Somes case Sony sold for the previous versions, and meant to be a premium product.

The price is a little cheaper than I thought it would be in Japan. Right now 66680 yen (tax in) is $555.79 according to xe.com. The sales tax goes up to 10% in October when it comes out, so taking that out, that's 60012/$500.16. If I can hold off, and my Japan trip happens in November, I'll pick it up at Bic in Tokyo without the tax.

Pioneer is decent for car audio, but I would take a number of makes over them, Clarion, Hertz, DLS, Vifa, Peerless, Rainbow, and a bunch others I've actually forgotten, been a long time since I was in the car audio game.

I google translated the page provided by @OwOOwO and apprently it will have also a dual clock like ZX2!!!!

here the take, is not my english tought HAHA, googlenglish

The clock, like the ZX2, equipped with a crystal oscillator of the two dedicated 48kHz system and 44.1kHz system.
44.1/88.2/176.4kHz A 44.1kHz system to 44.1 / 88.2 / 176.4kHz during playback, 48/96 / 192kHz playback utilizes a 48kHz system clock, and that to achieve the sound that is transparent feeling.
