So they are going for 65$. I'm a little shocked as that priced is relatively low considering the "legendary" status these headphones posses. Is amazon's listing trusted ? Why are they going for this cheap if they're that good?!...

On a different note, I own Earsonic SM3 in-ears whom I love. What's the sony's MDR-V6 sound signature like ?. Will I be enjoying trance and and house on them ?.
 
Finally, I'm open to other suggestions. My budget is 100$ max.

The MDR-v6 is not an RS-1 or LCD-2 but it's a good sounding phone thats been around for 20 years. For the money you won't do better. And from Amazon the shipping is free.

House & Trance? I wouldn't even bother with the V6. You want a warm bassy musical headphone, not a flat one that. Right?
