Will Sony Hybrid tips fit Shure SE215s?

If not, any recommendations for smaller sized tips? The included foam ones have incredible isolation, but they hurt my ears after about an hour of listening; I want something small and comfortable that isolates well.

Also I am new to the SE215s, just bought them and I am in love listening to Explosions In The Sky on my HTC Sensation (awesome sound card for a portable, and possibility for a FLAC compatible audio app, for those who are curious about smartphone audio); does anyone have a good recommendation for a portable amp for these beauties? I was looking at the FiiO E5, curious for input and other suggestions.

And I just want to say, here's to Head-Fi; you all have brought me a long way from my Tour Beats

You'll need to decore (take the foam off the stem) a set of olives and put the stem on the hybrids if that makes sense.
