If you have not listened to this album made for headphones, Binaural recording then this will show how soundstage should be.
The effect from Track 3 Cocteau, is around 3ft away from my ears in all directions when using my Focal Utopias and Arche.
Apologies if already posted, I’ve not read right through.
Would be keen to hear others thoughts and set ups...

Heck yes! I remember the first time I heard this album in headphones, and it was a blast and blew my mind! Good one and definitely an album that makes you say WOW!

I had not heard this one before, thanks for the recommendation. I'm in heaven right now listening on the Abyss.

I've heard this track 1000 times at all manner of get-togethers, parties, and cruising around in muscle cars ... but never sober through headphones. Try on a critical listening session for Black Sabbath's Electric Funeral on the Remastered Edition some time.

Tommy's famous wah-wah pedal is confined to the right channel, and a distorted riff on the left channel. Bass is at times juxtaposed against lead guitar left-to-right. Reverb/delay on the vocals goes to 11. Bust out those open backed treble canons and strap in!

:eyes: I heard an online reviewer mention this track as one of their comparison titles and it delivers. Rumbly sub-bass from the timpani. Gobs of soundstage. Instrument separation for days. How long they spent mastering this I can't say, but a whole lotta people involved are clearly perfectionists. All the crazy star wars horn noises you expect are here. Glorious.

This is f*&#%ng amazing.
Thank you very much for heading up with.

I really enjoyed the first few tracks (no time to listen further, sadly) listening on Tidal with my LG V30 and FiiO FD5.
Will expand that to my other gear as well if i've time to.
I was falling in dreams while listening through this album and almost forgot the time. :)

R28, Mojo, Era-1, SEM5 and D9200 are waiting for. :L3000:
