i am the customer of Westone , living in Thailand . I 've sent them UM2 for repairing since 9 June , at first , because Thailand is a very distant place from them and not many people in Thai know Westone . I am uncertain about how fast they service me . but now i 've received it already . ( They fixed it in a few days and sent back to me via EMS. that 's enough for my impression ) I think this will change some thinking of my friends who fear to purchase Westone product (because Westone based on USA that is so far way from us) i am very inpressed with how fast they response me in any way .. now i am very proud to use UM2 .... Thank you very much !!..Westone
