Sliding Headband on ZMF Headphones (Eikon)

I just purchased a pair of ZMF Eikons. It looks like there's a new-ish(?) system for sliding the headband up and down; rather than moving it up and down a smooth steel rod, there's now a notched rod that's held into place with a screw. The screw is really small and I'm afraid of stripping it with the wrong screwdriver. Can anyone who's adjusted the screw on these newer ZMFs recommend a particular screwdriver (size, brand) to safely do it?

Just sent you an email! In short, the screw is thread locked in for a specific tension on the ball-end plunger used. So no adjustment will be needed, I'll make a headband adjustment video this weekend! :smile_phones:
