I have never used any of Skullcandy's headphones, but I can't take them seriously with this kind of frequency response.....

Tell me something about your experience with Skullcandy.
Opinions Welcome!!

I think it's a typo, but:

1) It might not be much better than that in reality.
2) It goes to show how well they look things over on their site.

Yep....

skullcandy's for the girls that have no idea, and bose for the men who are clueless.

that has me wondering... maybe skullcandy and bose are the same headphone in different housing.

My girlfriend bought herself the ones that are white with pink earpads, I can honestly say that they're the worst headphones I've ever heard. I let her borrow my HD555s to show her how some decent headphones sounded and she won't give them back now

more like 100-1800

I have resist not destroying the display I see in stores. They just damage ears.

edit: Oh! Damage to the eyes too. Barf-ola

I'm sad to say that I was tricked into thinking skullcandy headphones were good quality just a year ago, before I knew about head-fi... I needed some new headphones and looked into a few reviews of skullcandy's in-ear buds and it sounded pretty damn convincing that it was going to be the best quality I've ever heard... I guess they ARE a slight step up from the default sony/ipod buds lol.

Unfortunately 100-18 is correct. It even says so on their packaging. Skullcandys are made of fail. I have a pair of their headphones. Their 20-20. Their okay for getting into this stuff but now that I know that theres much better out there, I'm looking for a real pair of headphones. Skullcandys are nothing more than a fad to sell crappy headphones to preppy teenagers.
