Trading music is like sex... Everyone does it, they just don't advertise it.

Firstly, I do not consider this thread old. I have seen many "old thread" revived because they are relavent. Secondly, I am doing a TRADE not a sale. Thirdly, I answered the question of the thread title "size of music library" so it is relavent and NOT a spam. Lastly, what you posted there is not revelant to this thread at all and you have no right to tell anyone what to do or what not to do.

Over a year since anyone has posted in it? I would certainly consider that "old". Okay, you're advertising a trade, not a sale; either way it's advertising. I don't mean to start any arguments so let's leave it at that.

Not relevant now anyway, because thanks to your followed up post, this thread is no longer "old" and have other People posting here again.

Please read my original post again, at least the first half is NOT advertisement and is relevant to thread title. We are arguing pointless things here, I invite you to continue in PM if you want.

Edit: Now I have 1600GB of music with varieties of genres.

188,637 tracks, 1.827TB (was 2.8TB, but drive crashed).  Now I use a 3TB drive for my library and another as a time machine backup.  I use Swinsian for my library and it takes only 4 seconds to load.  Life is good!

Thta happened to me, My external WD Mypassport CRASHED dead, i have another identical, with all the music intact, but lost a video, some documents, i am working on doing again.. my english version of my Curriculum vitae (resume for US-english)... fortunately no flac's lost nor photos & videos

Rhe good WD gave me an RMA number, i sent it to warranty (THEY WON'T RECOVER MY DATA, only give me a new WD drive) that's why i have a 2nd backup, to avoid disaster/Drama.... i wish i had more drives to have more copies

I'm up to 210,00 tunes now 2.088TB and using JRiver 20 for Mac and Swinsian.  JRiver 20 is marginally better, but Swinsian is awesome too!
