Hello head-fi.

I use senn hd598 + e17 combination at home which I'm really happy with.

I used for some time sony xba30 / ath im50 / martin logan mikros90 with 5th gen ipod touch for outdoor.

I was really happy with xba 30 for its details, with im 50 for its low end and mid performance and for its price/performance ratio and with mikros90 for its mids and highs. I traded xba30 with mikros 90. And now I'm going to sell im50 and mikros90.

I'm searching for an in-ear earphone which i'm going to use with my itouch. I assume that you could understand my sound preferences with these equipments that I like.

But I don't wanna pay much than 100-150 dollars. I like the looking of shure earphones. That's why i'm looking for se215 cl or ltd. But my first priority will be the sound quality.


Who have both of them please answer: Will they perform better than ath im50?

Instead of the shure se215 check out the yamaha eph100 and rha ma750. If you wamt something neutral, check out the etymotic hf5

Thank you for your reply. But I think I'm going to add some more and buy jvc ha-fx 700. I wanna try this woodie effect
