Yup, unfortunately started acting up last year. I have not sought repair and I'm not sure yet if I want to deal with it, but I struggle to let it go. I also have a Pioneer KRP-500M sitting in a box in the closet from a past home theater that I can't let go of as much as my wife would like the space back.
All said, I'd much rather have 2 super nice working CRT monitors like you.
An older photo with the Mitsubishi 930SB which I sold after I got the 230SB which is the better and bigger model.
In terms of picture quality, the Mitsubishi models gave me the best quality picture and vibrancy but locked to a maximum of 160hz and the Iiyama has an unlocked vertical frequency so I can achieve over 350hz with that monitor which is crazy how smooth it is.
Well 160hz already feels incredibly smooth like butter and going beyond to like 210hz does feel even better but after that its just diminishing returns and I would rather be at a higher resolution at like 210hz than at 240p at 250hz/350hz.

Anymore, I'm just happy to have any CRTs period to enjoy without breaking the bank. I never really stopped using CRTs over the years for gaming, I just prefer them over all else. My plasma was great occasionally, but a lil CRT monitor is my happy place.

You already have the most expensive CRT being the Sony FW900 so I would definitely try and get that repaired. If I had that monitor I would sell my 4K 144hz gaming monitors and just use that forever and get it serviced every few years.

Haha I got it in 2011 for $100. Used WinDAS for dynamic convergence adjustments. It weighs nearly 100lbs and I don't really trust shipping it. Finding someone local to repair is the problem. And though its rare, my investment is small and I don't know how much money I'd be comfortable throwing at it knowing that it could/will fail [again] at any moment. The anxiety of maintaining and using it sometimes felt like too much lol - using the little monitor and TV on my desk has been a revelation in relaxation since there's not much for me to tweak/repair/lose. The Hyundai V560 is 1024x768 and I love playing PC games on it. The TV is RF only, so I don't have a plethora of component and SCART cables and adapters to deal with. It's all just much more simple.
At least that's what I try to remain convinced of ^^^ because I'd surely still be using the FW900 if I could :/
