Another reason I think this would be a good combo source is that it is Grado friendly. Its headphone output is a low impedance output and the suggested impedance is 32 ohms. Still, I would have liked SACD capability as well.

I just recieved the sharp sd-sh111. I can't believe they are selling this for $150! The build quality is outstanding. Call me crazy but I'm buying another one for fear that they will run out and I haven't even listened to it yet. (<:

Pete, I give you permission to buy another before hearing the first one... just wait on the third one, hehe... Maybe they'll take your money then tell you their out (ouch for us).
