yea, the Hong Kong dealer(Artsound) refused to replaced/repair my broken IE8. the right side of the tube broke off while changing the ear tip. it's been only half a year. got them in May 7th 2009. ugh.

You should be emailing Sennheiser HK instead of going back to the retailer.

I wonder which tip you were using. Stock ones?
