I apologize in advance if this is in the wrong place, but I've fallen in love with my HD650's over the last 3 years but the plug on the darned custom cable just broke loose.  I can't stand listening through one channel anymore and its driving me nuts.  Is there anyone out there, preferably in Toronto, that has repair services?  It's basically the part the plugs into the male end of the cable.

Maybe contact the aftermarket cable maker?
 
Or conversely, you can order a new OEM cable from Sennheiser.  They are not to expensive:
