Interesting comparison between 660S2 and 109 Pro.
Review by "Ken Tamplin Vocal Academy"???
Could be a wonky one.But that price seems to be too good to be true.
As someone else with slight tinnitus and hyperacusis both the 660S2 and NDH 30 are very safe very longer sessions with the volume kept in check ofcourse, the 660S2 is a little hotter in the treble with certain recordings for me personally but that might be one of the hearing regions where I have the most damage.I have tinnitus, and this whole new line of Sennheiser starting with the 660S, 560S, and MTW3 didn't bothered me in this regard, so I'm always reticent in buying anything new because of this. Its not a thing of like it or not, but rather a consequence of exposure. There are some headphones I really like that give me a pitch noise right after 10min of listening, like on AKG K240, which to me has very good midrange.
Sennheiser have this refined sound, its why I tend to try them first. I'm temped to get the NDH30, but then again, I have this dilemma...
There’s no box or inserts. Yet brand new. Odd. But good feedback rating.Could be a wonky one.

This changing of tune is so typical. They want to be first to get the big review out then they hear what they should have heard if they had been patient and took the proper time to evaluate. That’s why it’s wise to trust your own ears.Joshua's review on this makes me want to revisit my own review on the HD660S2. As his lukewarm review of the HD660S2 has changed to a better one after having spent more time with them perhaps. I spent time with lower end headphones so the differences to me with the S2's versus prior Sennheisers were almost apparent.
There is that, but you’ll know if it’s a good one - your jaw will drop!Could be a wonky one.
This. One of my first impressions of this headphone--sonically, ergonomically, and aesthetically-- was "wow, these get out of the way." In a good sense, and it's high praise for a headphone-- where it doesn't keep drawing attention to itself, and just lets me get immersed in the music. Were crafted to get out of the way
