As I am a Schiit owner(Lyr and Bifrost), I was really looking forward to getting the Mjol and Gung. I have been looking and they are very hard to find in Canada.(If I order from Schiit, the duties are insane !!) I can find the amp for a decent price, but not the DAC in Canada.
 
I found a price I am OK with on the Oppo HA-1.
 
The amp/dac combo I buy will be teamed with some custom balanced cables that were made for me from a very good maker that is a valuable source on these forums.
 
Should I Oppo or look in the used section for the Schiit gear.

You should probably be seeking your answers in either the Summit-Fi forum section, or in one or more sub-sections of the Equipment Forums.  You will find entire threads dedicated to at least some of the equipment you have mentioned.
