Schiit Happened: The Story of the World's Most Improbable Start-Up

I tend to use a brass bristled brush and 95% alcohol without lanolin, I use Deoxit as well and tape head cleaner on occasion since it also leaves very little residue.
A Scotchbrite pad works well on noval tubes, as it is available in a range of abrasive grit.

No way...
I checked their website and could find very few bourbons at this time. I wonder if that photo is a few years old? I did find Buffalo Trace on sale for $29.95 at Wooden Cork but the shipping cost was quite high.

I took that picture last week. If you go there, have an idea if what you want to pay on a whiskey. I think there is an over the border Cincinnati tax on a few bottles. The Henry McKenna 10yr BiB I bought was the right price, but I could have bought the New Riff Malted Barley for quite a bit less elsewhere.

Ah maybe they have no interest in selling through their website, or no one is updating it.😉

Hey all,

Just a quick announcement: Yggdrasil More is Better is now available as an upgrade. No, it's not inexpensive. Nor are the DACs. Enjoy!

With any luck, I should be able to announce Aegir 2 a bit early. Cross your fingers!

All the best,
Jason
Is DIY installation pretty straightforward if you have a Y+ chassis? Simply unscrew and slide out the card from the back? Or does the case need to be cracked open?

True story once: I had a guy come up to me and say, “Aren’t some people offended at your ‘Bowmoreman’ handle?” I was like “Huh?”…. He said, “Yeah, won’t Mormon’s be offended at you commanding them to Bow?” - the weird thing was, he as serious. I carefully pronounced it, and he was all set.

People are weird.
It has to do with emphasis and pronunciation, I guess.

It's the same with Ironman and Ironwoman.. The first is a superhero, the second a command...

I'll check myself out now..

Looks like the case will have to come off as the cards are screwed onto stand-offs. The digital INPUTS looks to be on a panel, likely replaceable for future input port variations, but cards do not appear to slide-in/out there either.

The DAC upgrade and analog card OUTPUTS are not on that panel and definitely need to be affixed to stand-offs and connected to the main board.

They could not totally rework the upgrade card mounting as the cards need to work with the Yggy OG case design as awell as the newer Yggy+ case.
