I assume that he's using USB OUT on Urd, but don't know. If so, all he needs to do is select USB IN on Yggy, and he'll get whatever Urd is doing. CD or USB 1 or 2...

I was using Urd USB out to Yggy, but after re-arranging things, I ended up with the streamer's USB output -> Urd DDC Port 1 and Urd's AES/EBU out to Yggy...

And that sounds really good in my system.

I wanted the change to bake into my brain a bit before I change the AES connection (between Urd and Yggy) to USB...

AES/EBU to Yggy OG, using a SilverSonic DH-110 cable. A bit darker presentation than USB, but potentially well suited to my speakers... we'll "see" (hear), with continued listening. Just need to get the time, which is at a premium these last few weeks. I wish that I didn't have to work to afford my hi-fi habit!
