Save soundtrack of a Quicktime file?

i have quicktime pro so i dunno if this option is avaliable on the normal quicktime, sorry if it isnt. open the file, then click file - export, then change the options to sound to either aiff, au, or wave. I also have a mac so if you are using a windows pc, then the option may be somewhere else.

A manual way would be to get Audacity and record the audio streaming off the video and save it as mp3 and so forth. All you should need to do is press the red circle record button and then save the file when done.
