The ASA (Advertising Standards Agency) have finally ruled against Russ Andrews quite a long and drawn out dispute over claims of RFI rejection on their mains cables and how that makes them different. RA had appealed but that appeal has now been rejected.

and basically RA are “not to imply that RFI from mains electricity was a perceptible problem”.
So that could have a big impact on cables makers making scientific sounding claims and then not linking such to proof of audibility.
