Thanks for your post.  Please do whatever you can to help others Rockbox the iHiFi 960.  The Rockbox firmware really improves the function of the 960, so please use anything/everything in the primer that you want.  Thanks again.

I have tried to join the Baidu site in the past, but I have not been able to get approval, ? due to my phone number being outside of Asia?  Anyway, would you be able to post a message in Xuelin's  Baidu site to let them know that you are bringing in the information to Rockbox the 960 and 760...  Seems I remember seeing something in the past on this site where people had tried to use my information to Rockbox the 960, but were unable to complete the process.  I'm sure you are aware of this site, but just in case you are not, here is the link:  http://tieba.baidu.com/f?kw=%E5%AD%A6%E6%9E%97.  I would also stress that in my experience, Rockbox tends to run much smoother on the 960 dual core than on the 960 modified.  Thanks for all you are doing to help others.

Can ihifi-800 be Rockbox?
Or how to upgrade firmware.
The problem is 64GB microSD card Sony class10 will not work. Tried FAT32 (800 sees the card but doesn't play any Flac) and other options, nothing help.

There is now a Rockbox port  for the iHiFi 800, thanks to xVortex.  In regards to the 990, you can contact xVortex and see if he can work out a rockbox port.  If some owners of the 990 got together and raised enough for xVortex to get a 990, then he would probably be willing to consider this, but you all would have to ask him directly....  Here is a link to xVotex's site for rockbox ports:  http://xvtx.ru/rockbox/
