Get an Ultrasone HFI 580. It's a good headphone for the price and has a very exciting, aggressive sound signature.

for that budget, need of isolation and good sound for metal, get the sony mdr-v6 and you will be nicely rewarded, just skip the counterfits on ebay. plus they will last you 20 years if you treat them well.

Save more and get the HD25's. They do well with rock and metal, (goth, symphonic etc)..Isolation is nice.
