Black or 'stealth' is great, stick with it. I've had to touch mine up with a black paint pen because they're starting to show some age in spots. My ASG-2 have been through so much, so many cable changes, sources, they're true 'warriors'

The stealth paint tends to flake off over time - I sent mine back about twice or thrice as the paint just kept chipping off. In the end Aurisonics suggested that I went with the glossy black - which I did - since I was tired of the paint flaking off. I also requested that they replace the inner shell with a clear one.
 
But that was when I still had my ASG-2.5

Go to a good Audio shop which has various home floor standing speakers and some or most will have 8 inch woofers some 10 inch woofers and many 6 inch woofers. Many will tend to go for the 8 inch. Well the 2.5 iems are like having a 12 inch and a 15 inch woofer depending how to set its bass port.

Have been listening to my 2.5's for a day now. The bass is thunderously clean. Have the bass ports wide open. Sounds amazing with the E12A and bass boost on. The depth and impact are pretty amazing.
 
The only issue I have had is getting the tips to sit properly in my right ear. I switched to T-500 complys and they help but I find its still not perfect.
 
Thinking Spinfits could work but afraid they will reduce the bass.
