Great reviews! I think I can mostly agree with it, though I personally did not like the K501 it might have been the choice of music I used with it for the extremely limited time I spent with it.s

edit: and I may not have amped the k1000 enough or, as well, not used the right musics with it.

Thanks for taking the time to post your impressions! I agree with most of your thoughts especially in regard to the SA5000, K701, and HD650. I can't wait to try the LCD2s. Do you plan on continuing to add on to this thread with updated impressions?

Very nice reviews.  I love the brevity.  I'd love to see your comments on the RS2 someday.

Beautiful and insightful reviews.
I do have two questions: how did you find the Apex Pinnacle compared to the 307A?
Also, do you plan to get the Ultrasone ED 10 and do a comparison review with them?

So you think the HD 650s are the best high end Sennheisers for rock? That's interesting.
 
I might like the LCD-2s according to your description. . .
