I have an ES100 which I love for its lightweight, I can clip it onto my shirt to get a good listening experience for music and it is convenient for taking phone calls. I have a BTR5 which offers a better listening experience but is much heavier and ends up in a pocket making it much less convenient for taking phone calls.

Unfortunately the clip on my ES100 has just broken (after 4 years) and I am looking for a replacement. The key features I need are:
Lightweight
Built in microphone for phone calls
Bluetooth
Balanced output

Any suggestions?

There is a Mark II version of it, or a comparable one would be the FiiO BTR5-2021. Loctite gel might fix the clip, with a clean surface that holds like gangbusters if you let it set up for an hour or so clamped in place. Just clean with an alcohol wipe first.
