I've been in love with these headphones ever since I purchased them and even repaired the flimsy 3.5mm jack once. But now the loose connection is where the cable goes into the ear piece. I wiggled the area and the audio cuts in and out. 
 
How do I open the ear piece so I can replace it with new cable? Looking at it, it seems like I would break it trying to open it. I guess I could solder where the cable meets the cup, but maybe the loose connection is a little bit inside the ear?
 
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
