Hello head Fi community. I've been looking for a pair of in ear monitors that are suitable for what my profession entails. I am a performing keyboardist that plays in a variety of bands that showcase different genres of music (rock...jazz...worship....blues...pop..etc). I have looked intensively at three particular universal IEMs:
Um Pro 30
Um Pro 50
InEar Stage driver 3
Now price isn't an option for me...but I would like to know which of the above would be best suited to what I do. I've head nothing but good things about Westone's Um Pro 30, but when looking at reviews for the Um pro 50..There were a lot of complaints about build quality and how poor it was. Is it worth the 700 dollars? Furthermore..I'm also concerned about the InEar SD3... As I have not heard a testimony from anyone that has used them for live performance instead of recreational music listening. And if there are any models of UIEMs that you would recommend other then the above...that would be very appreciated.
