Recommendations wanted: <$800 DAC with multiple balanced analog outputs

So far I have the Audio-gd NFB-17.2 $499 on my short list. Any others?

I wouldn't really count ACSS as a balanced out. Correct me if I'm wrong but it's a AGD only (compatibility wise) output, right?

You're going to have to look at interfaces like this, IMO. This one is actually really nice and would be my suggestion. USB and Coax ins with 2 balanced outs.
 
Edit: If you don't need them both at the same time I'd suggest a Line Router and a good DAC with 1 Balanced out.
