I want to recommend me a mouse and some headphones. Total budget around 250 RON ( 63 $ )  I can make a 50 RON ( 12,5 $) budget increase, only if neccesary. As it concerns the money distribution, I`m thinking 150 RON ( 38 $ ) for the Mouse and 100 RON ( 25 $ ) for the headphones. I am also considering buying only one item with 250 RON ( 63 $ ) , and saving later for the remaining item .

Mouse:
- I want a precise sensor
- I don`t want a long and wide mouse, but a smaller one, to be easily held in hand: My palm lenght: 18 cm, palm width 9 cm. For instance I hate Razer Deathadder and Microsoft Intelii 1.1. I feel that I have no control over them. Also I don`t want a heavy mouse.
- I want to hold the mouse from it`s medium part, so I don`t want to have the same width everywhere.
- As it concerns the resolution and polling rate: No preference, but at least 1000 dpi and 500 hz.
- Also, I don`t want to have a lot of lateral buttons.
- No preference regarding the scroll.
- I want to use it for shootings: CS:GO in special

Headphones:
- First of all a high quality sound. For the microsoft, at least the minimum requirements of youtube streaming. I don`t do streaming, but I`m thinking in the future.
- Bass doesn`t necesarily needs to be very strong(loud).
- I want them to be confortable( I prefer those rounds ones, not rectangular or other shapes. I mention that I never had rectangular ones, so I don`t know how confortable they are).
-  I also want them to be resistant to be made from high quality materials.

PS. I would like to test this products before buying them. Thanks!

First--this is a headphone site.  It is not a place for recommendations about computer accessories.  A mouse is useless when listening to vinyl and CD's.

Second--quality and materials and $63 headphones rarely go together.  Based on USA prices, you can get a used UE 6000.  Monoprice makes some fairly well built cans in this price range, but I am unimpressed with their overall sound quality.

For the mouse I'd go for the Logitech G100s which is around $30. One of the best sensors out there.

Are you asking for a headphone or headset? Monoprice 8323 is probably your best bet but you won't find it locally. A Sennheiser HD 201/202 might be around your area to try out.

I had the gamecom 318 and it broke within 2 months and I wasn't sorry to see it go so I won't recommend that one.

Out of the other two grab whatever is cheapest... they look the same to me.

What about Rival/Kinzu ?

Headset .

Sennheiser Over-Head HD 201 cost 31 $  . Good price , but Sennheiser HD 201 > SteelSeries 3H V2 with mic  ( 43 $ ) ? I know from Counter Strike that SteelSeries 3H V2 is one of the most uses headset .

Never heard--or even heard of--any of them.

Ok

Rival/Kinzu are both far better than generics but the sensor isn't as good as Logitech's newer Delta Zero sensor. If you can't afford either of those I'd use whatever mouse you can until you can afford one.

My recommendation is to go for the Sennheiser HD 202 II with a Zalman ZM-MIC1 mic. If you have to have a headset and can go without a mouse the SteelSeries Siberia V2 is your best bet for your money at $290 RON. http://www.pcgarage.ro/casti-gaming/steelseries/siberia-v2-full-size-headset-black/

If you something cheaper I'd recommend the Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000 $140 RON: http://www.pcgarage.ro/casti/microsoft/lifechat-lx-3000/
