I’m using the Monte Nlanc Fiio pot amp with iPod Classic (last version). I’d like to try something with a better DAC to bypass the Apple’s.

I use Shure IEM 545 and UE’s can’t recall model but has 4 drivers.

All my files are Apple lossless. I occasionally use my iPhone or iPad to stream Spotify too.

As far as I'm aware, no one sells devices that can bypass the DAC in the iPod Classic. Not anymore at least.
