Although I have my HF2 up for sale I am a bit ambivalent about selling them. For the immediate future I will leave them up for a little while longer.

Having said that was wondering if anyone had the HF2's re-cabled. The short cable is to me a major disadvantage and if I end up keeping them I would most likely have them re-cable.

So what cable would you use? copper, silver plated copper, etc. Thanks.

The HF2 already has a perfect sound so the recable should not change the sound characteristics by too much. I would go for the APS V3 because it's rather neutral and adds a little bit of airiness, should mate very well with the HF2.
