I went to their site for any drivers update, and the domain has expired, 
It seems Auzentech is dead,
after releasing all those products, boom, dead..?
my Prelude is still going strong, but their latest products were  a hit and miss,

Yeah, they gone a while, haven't updated their media page in 2 years.
 
Too much competition, Asus strategically pushing them out of the market.
 
They were doing some pretty cool pc cases last i saw.

Not dead yet but no new soundcard products. Lots of other new products though.
