I've been a AKG fan for some time.
While Sennheisers sound coloured to me AKG sound more natural.
So I want to ask others here who must hear things similar to me.
About a year ago I bought the K601's and love them.
I've been using the 240's for many years before.
However I just discovered one speaker isn't working (damn cord)
So it's got me to thinking if I should upgrade instead of repairing them.
Can anyone recommend a better headphone for under $300.00?.
They must be opened and over-the-ear and hopefully accurate as I can tame bad recordings with an EQ and they don't need to be AKG.
BTW~I use a Little Dot MKIII amp.
