i just pulled the trigger and bought a refurbed 3g 8gb nano! It's so cheap now due to the 4g nano. I've tried the 4g and don't like the line out SQ

There aren't really any players that meet my requirements right now I don't think, though currently I am considering gettin a 2nd gen mini or two and modding one with a 32 GB cf card. Though if a 64 GB card came out i might just consider that, though 32 GB wil be sufficient for a couple years even with flac files. I just wish I could hav color screen and longer battery life to go along with it.

For the money you'll be spending on that rig with the DAP, CF card and all, why not just buy a fresh, new Nano 16GB and when the new wears off of it, mod it with a 128GB SD card?

i'm waiting for true successor to cowon D2. current new lineup doesnt interest me. either too big or no SD slot. SD slot, imho, is a must in DAP. every DAP should have one. even microSD will do.
