Love them, have had them for about 3 months and the little rubber sleeve that covers the top of the wire where it joins the ear-piece, has slid off. I would simply just glue it back into place but the rubber has expanded and no longer snugly fits over the little metal connector.
 
Is this a common occurence and anyone have experience with their customer service?

I think it's fairly common (I had it happen to my pair). I don't think it's that big of a deal and definitely not worth RMA'ing for.

Good to hear; was thinking that they were kind of pointless/redundant.
