Stars does not more fast enough to be blurry, I will stay under 3 minutes if possible.
three minutes is too much.
No more than 50secs to a minute i'd say. If are needing to expose that long you are probably using lower ISO. WHat camera are you shooting with. Most should manage 3200-4000 ISO at 30 secs with as wide an aperture as you are shooting.
I got to shot some shooting stars today. (Yep, I could have phrased that better)
Oh and I tried to get a good picture of the milkyway but...light pollution :/
I turned the details down a bit so that the milkyway is a bit easier to see.
Really need to find a better spot to take these kinds of pictures.
