plays tricks with the eye's, love it
Hornet's Nest, a slight optical illusion if one looks at the walls of the honeycomb portion. A flip of 90 degrees.
Edited to replace medium size with large pic.

First shot is from a walk in a state park about 10-15 minutes from where I live, little danger noodle (common Garter snake). Second is at a bird sanctuary about a half hour away. Eastern Screech-Owl named Data, tiny little guy...and boy do I miss that 300mm F/4L lens, sooo sharp. Pretty sure I used a Tamron 150-600mm G2 for the first shot, very nice lens for the price but I was a bit spoiled with my L series lens.
